Use it or lose it

Following an audit of our Moodle provision we have removed a significant number of old and unused courses. With the likelihood of an Ofsted Inspection in the new academic year only live courses will be permitted on the server.

From the start of term Moodle areas will be regularly reviewed and may be deleted if:
  • you (the tutor) have not accessed the area
  • no resources have been added
  • there has been no access by learners
  • the course contains out-of-date information (such as last years dates)
Please ensure that your Moodle courses are kept up-to-date and are being accessed by learners. If you no longer require an area on Moodle let us know so it can be deleted.
