Accessing Moodle

Please read the following instructions carefully

How do I get access?

Before you can use a college computer you will need to know your network username and password.

Your username will be the student number issued to you at enrolment - you can find this on your Student ID card.

Important notes

  • You must log into a College computer before you can access Moodle from home

  • All student accounts are reset in the summer. If you are returning for the second year of a course you must create a new password.

  • If you forget your password or you have login problems swipe your card again at a login point box.

  • If you continue to have difficulty please contact your tutor.

  • Please note that for security our technical department cannot reset passwords by email or telephone.

Getting your password

At both the Nuneaton and Hinckley campuses you will find Login Point boxes that are used to activate your network account. Simply swipe your ID card by following the instructions on the box and a receipt will be printed with a randomly generated password.

The Login Point boxes are located in the library and near the refectory entrance at Nuneaton, and in the reception area at Hinckley. If you are based on another site then your network password will be created for you. For further instructions please speak to your tutor or to the reception staff.
